The Proactive Maintenance Plan makes routine check-ups, addresses imminent critical failures and offers priority response to emergencies. Scheduled monthly check-ups and routine preventative maintenance focus on security, data protection and virus and malware control. These steps safeguard your network and computers from common and predictable issues. Timely responses by a technician cover any emergencies, securing your systems before things get out of hand.
The customer prepays an estimated mothly cost. This makes budgeting IT costs easy. The customer will only pay more than the estimated monthly cost if the services rendered exceed the agreed upon number of hours allocated in the estimated monthly cost.
This plan is different from a per-incident approach. In a per-incident service call the customer must schedule a visit when a technician becomes available. Subscribers to the Proactive Maintenance Plan are given priority and should expect technical support as soon as possible.
